It may be time to upgrade if:

  • Your stand no longer reflects your brand
  • It doesn’t adapt well to different floor plans
  • Graphics or structures are worn or outdated
  • Your exhibiting goals have evolved

We’re happy to assess your current stand and advise whether a refresh or a new custom solution is the best option.

Lead times vary depending on size and complexity, but typically range from 6–12 weeks from design approval to delivery. We recommend starting early to allow time for design development, approvals, and production.

Both options have benefits:

  • Buy if you exhibit frequently and want long-term flexibility
  • Rent if you want variety, minimal storage, or cost efficiency

We can help you decide what best suits your exhibiting schedule and budget.
