Meet the Team

Jessie has been a key part of the Fusion team since 2015. With a strong background in tourism and events—from operations and sales to styling-design and exhibition management—she has been central to Fusion’s growth and leadership in the exhibition sector. As Chair of the NT chapter of the Australian Business Events Association (ABEA), Jessie is committed to driving business events in the region and supporting the local industry. She’s passionate about mentoring her team and sharing her knowledge to help others grow.

Sam joined Fusion in 2012 as a cabinet maker, building custom exhibition stands with precision and care. After 6.5 years on the tools, he became Operations Manager in 2018, now leading project delivery with a focus on quality, efficiency, and meeting deadlines. With strong organisational skills and hands-on experience, Sam consistently brings client visions to life. A true Territorian, he enjoys fishing, camping, and off-grid adventures in his downtime.

Kat joined Fusion in mid-2024 as an Exhibition and Events Coordinator, bringing international experience from Perth and India. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service have made her a vital part of the team. Calm, capable, and highly organised, Kat manages a diverse portfolio of events with ease. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, time with friends, and is loving life in Darwin.

TJ joined Fusion in July 2024 as an Exhibitions & Events Coordinator. With a background in major festivals, events, and media in South Australia, she brings fresh energy and a unique client-focused approach. Her enthusiasm, relationship-building skills, and growing portfolio have quickly made her a standout team member. Outside of work, TJ loves socialising, good food, and making the most of life’s experiences.

Ned joined Fusion as Senior Exhibition and Events Team Leader in early 2025 and quickly made his mark. With a background in tourism and warehouse management, he brings a strong mix of logistics and client service.
His leadership, adaptability, and hands-on experience make him a steady presence behind the scenes—keeping large-scale events running smoothly from start to finish.

Ollie joined Fusion in early 2025, quickly becoming a key all-rounder across events and warehouse operations. With a strong background in inventory and logistics, he brings efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for seamless event delivery. Known for his approachable nature and great sense of humour, Ollie brings positive energy and team spirit to everything he does
